CHAMPAGNE
Champagne is a sparkling wine that originates from a specific region of France. It is primarily produced from three types of grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier.
ITALIAN SPARKLING WINES
The bubbles are produced through a chemical process whereby the carbon dioxide generated during fermentation does not dissipate during the wine's maturation. The pressure and fermentation times determine whether a wine is lightly sparkling, sparkling, or sparkling wine.

WHITE WINES
White wine is obtained from the alcoholic fermentation of the must of white grape or black grape with colourless pulp. During the winemaking process, it undergoes specific treatments to maintain the transparent yellow colour that characterises it.
