Grapes: Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio - Aging: 24 months in French oak barrels, at least a further 2 years in the bottle. Full, warm and well balanced wine. The tannin expresses all the minerality of the volcano, and its freshness gives a long persistent finish.
