Grapes: Rebula - Aging: 11 months in barrique 2nd / 3rd / 4th passage.
Intense and fragrant wine on the nose, on the palate it is dry, medium-bodied, nice acidity with a persistent and salty finish.

Grapes: Pinot Grigio - Aging: 11 months in new barriques for 30% of the mass and 2nd / 3rd passage for the remaining 70%. Delicate and fruity wine on the nose, medium-bodied and with a nice acidity (difficult for the grape variety). Rich, warm and balanced on the palate.

Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc - Aging: 11 months in French oak barrels.
Wine with intense notes of tropical fruit, the wine is full-bodied and generous on the palate, with a creamy consistency and delicate tannins released from the barrel.
