A wine that is continuous and persistent with an almond aftertaste. The elegant bitterish background and the fine aroma give it great drinkability.

Vitigni: Sauvignon - Affinamento: In vasca "Sur Lies" prima e in bottiglia stivata orizzontalmente dopo.
Vino dalle delicate note di sambuco e vaniglia. Sapore finemente aromatico e sapido, di morbida struttura gustativa che lascia prevedere notevoli potenzialità evolutive.

Grapes: Malvasia Istriana, Friulano, Ribolla Gialla - Aging: Aged in barrel, the wine remains Sur Lies& until bottling, then matures in the bottle.
Inviting and full wine with a contained acidity that enhances its softness. Excellent balance and prolonged final persistence.

Grapes: Friulano - Aging: 6 months in steel tanks, a few months in the bottle.
Delicate wine especially in the aromas, unmistakable almond finish.

Grapes: 45% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Grigio, 20% Sauvignon Blanc - Aging: 6 months in steel tanks, a few months in the bottle. Complex and structured wine, with intriguing aromas given by maceration.

Grapes: Friulano - Aging: 2 months in steel tanks, at least a further 20 months in the bottle.
Wine of great intensity and aroma, fresh and persistent with an almond finish.
