Intense and fruity wine, on the palate it is sapid, balanced by excellent acidity. Quite aromatic finish.

Grapes: Grillo, Catarratto - Aging: 7 months in 30 HL oak barrels, 6 months in bottle.
Wine with a broad and persuasive bouquet, rich on the palate, it stands out for its structure and persistence supported by a well-integrated acidity.

Vitigni: Viognier - Affinamento: 9 mesi in barrique di rovere francese, successivamente affinamento in vasche acciaio fino all'imbottigliamento.
Vino esotico e speziato, al palato è fresco, morbido con un finale elegante.

Vitigni: Insolia - Affinamento: 4/5 mesi in acciaio sur lies, ulteriori 2/3 mesi in bottiglia.
Vino dai sentori agrumati e floreali, al palato fresco, sapido, minerale e fruttato.

Extremely balanced wine, characterized by great freshness supported by a good structure. Pleasantly savory finish.

Balanced and persistent wine, good structure, fine tannic texture and enveloping palate.

Grapes: 70% Carricante, 30% Catarratto - Aging: In cement on the lees for 6 months, further aging in bottle.
Wine of good harmony and complexity. Floral and fruity scents alternate in a profile of intriguing minerality and freshness.

Grapes: Carricante - Aging: in steel and large oak barrels, on the lees for 12 months, an additional 12 months in the bottle.
Fresh and mineral wine that encapsulates a decisive volcanic character in the glass, supported by a creamy sip.

Vitigni: Albanello - Affinamento: Lieve macerazione, invecchiamento in silos d'acciaio e 3 mesi in bottiglia.
Vino elegante, strutturato e ricco di profumi. Al palato note vanigliate, di mandorla si mischiano ad una leggera speziatura.

Full-flavored, intense and linear wine. Of great gustatory freshness.

Vino secco ed aromatico che si contraddistingue per la sua eleganza e persistenza.

Wine with floral and white fruit notes, with pronounced citrus notes. Lively acidity on the palate blended with a pleasant sapidity and minerality.

Grapes: Nerello Mascalese - Aging: 8-12 months in steel.
Tense and vertical wine, resting on a vibrant freshness and an unconventional sapidity.

Vitigni: Grillo - Affinamento: 6 mesi in acciaio sulle fecce.
Vino al palato la parte fruttata è matura e dolce, gran bella acidità e sapidità. Sul finale spiccano note idrocarburiche.

Wine with fresh notes of fruit and aromatic herbs, with a very pleasant sapidity and taste freshness.

Delicate wine, very fresh and acidulous, aftertaste with slightly bitter notes, typical of Catarrato.

Rich wine, very fresh, fruity notes of citrus and tropical fruit, aromatic aftertaste typical of Grillo.

Vitigni: Catarratto - Affinamento: 6 mesi per il 25% del prodotto in barrique nuove, ed un anno di bottiglia.
Note agrumate, fruttate, tostate e di vaniglia. Vino fine, elegante e persistente.

Fruity, delicate and very fresh wine.

Vitigni: Carricante, Catarratto - Affinamento: Alcuni mesi in vasche d'acciaio sulle fecce fini e successivamente in bottiglia.
Vino elegante, con note agrumate, speziate e burrose. Di facile beva ed equilibrato. Risalta la nota minerale.

Grapes; Grillo - Aging: In steel on fine lees with constant batonnage.
Wine with great taste balance, given by natural acidity and its great smoothness.
