CASTELLO DI STEFANAGO- Classic method brut sparkling wine. Blend of Riesling, Chardonnay and Muller Thurgau grapes (Sparkling)
Visually it appears straw yellow with abundant foam and a continuous, fine perlage. On the nose it expresses a persistent, aromatic, captivating scent with intense fruity notes. On the palate it has a balanced taste, with a fragrant note of just the right acidity. Ideal as an aperitif, suitable for the whole meal.

ALESSIO BRANDOLINI- 100% Malvasia
It is produced in a vineyard in the municipality of San Damiano al Colle, on sun-exposed hills at an altitude between 250 and 300 metres above sea level. Pale straw in colour, the nose is intense with hints of apricot, pear and balsamic herbs. On the palate it is balanced, warm, well-structured and persistent.

CASTELLO DI STEFANAGO-100% Traminer.
What characterises this wine the most is its pleasantness. Fresh, floral, harmonious, delicately aromatic and slightly soft. Easy to drink, versatile yet with character. It pairs well with delicate cuisine, fish and shellfish dishes, but also with spicy dishes.

CASTELLO DI STEFANAGO- 100% Bronner.
The grape is Bronner, which belongs to the PIWI or resistant grape family, meaning these grapes do not require treatments, not even copper or sulphur. Light contact with the skins, vinification in steel without filtration and without added sulphur dioxide. Short ageing in the bottle. Wine with excellent acidity and a nice persistence.
Talpaca “sower of terroir” prefers sandy and silty soils with little clay content. It is said that Bronner has noble relatives in Germany, around Freiburg. Riesling is considered its parent. Bronner can be found in some northern Italian regions but in Oltrepò it is a grape cultivated only by Castello di Stefanago. Its colour is golden yellow. On the nose it has intense aromas of honey, hay and flint. An energetic and fresh white wine. With a fruity aftertaste, pleasant salinity and spiciness that makes the tongue tingle. Evident notes of exotic fruits and golden apple.

Castello di Stefanago- 100% Uva rara
Simple and easy-drinking red wine. Excellent acidity makes it enjoyable as an aperitif and with any meal.

Colle del bricco- 100% Barbera
Deep ruby red colour, good viscosity. On the nose it is clear, intense and clean with pleasant hints of sour cherry and violet with continuous references to black and juicy berries. Great taste softness, structure and good persistence.

GAIERHOF- 100% teroldego
Of intense ruby red colour with violet reflections.
Very distinctive and characterful aroma, pleasantly fruity, reminiscent of raspberry, Morello cherry, pomegranate and blackberry, but also floral with notes recalling the violet flower.
Dry taste, revealing balanced tannins, robust body, strong and well-structured, persistent and savoury.
