TENUTA CA' SCIAMPAGNE- 100% Bianchello Marchigiano.
White wine made from Bianchello Marchigiano grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts, no fining, no filtration, no added sulphites. The name SIMANDRO comes from the names of the owner’s children, SIMone and AlessANDRO, who have helped since they were little with the first harvest.
On the nose, notes of white-fleshed fruit, spring flowers of elderflower and hawthorn, and gooseberry stand out. Elegant finish with notes of green almond.
Excellent throughout the meal.
Talpaca 2023 (white wine)
€ 6.00
CASTELLO DI STEFANAGO- 100% Bronner.
The grape is Bronner, which belongs to the PIWI or resistant grape family, meaning these grapes do not require treatments, not even copper or sulphur. Light contact with the skins, vinification in steel without filtration and without added sulphur dioxide. Short ageing in the bottle. Wine with excellent acidity and a nice persistence.
Talpaca “sower of terroir” prefers sandy and silty soils with little clay content. It is said that Bronner has noble relatives in Germany, around Freiburg. Riesling is considered its parent. Bronner can be found in some northern Italian regions but in Oltrepò it is a grape cultivated only by Castello di Stefanago. Its colour is golden yellow. On the nose it has intense aromas of honey, hay and flint. An energetic and fresh white wine. With a fruity aftertaste, pleasant salinity and spiciness that makes the tongue tingle. Evident notes of exotic fruits and golden apple.
Alter Alea (White wine)

Dry taste, revealing balanced tannins, robust body, strong and well-structured, persistent and savoury.
Alea Viva 2023 (red wine)
€ 8.00
ANDREA OCCHIPINTI- 100% Aleatico.
Among all the expressions of Aleatico offered by Andrea Occhipinti, Alea Viva is the most representative. 100% Aleatico only, a semi-aromatic grape variety, here in a dry version. It has a spicy and mineral nose. Obtained from 15 days of maceration on the skins and spontaneous fermentation with its own yeasts, it matures for 18 months in steel/concrete and at least 2 months in bottle.
This type of vinification, carried out only in steel, tends to produce a wine that is very direct and faithful to the characteristic traits of the variety. It has body, structure, savouriness (let us remember that Gradoli is set on the hills of a volcanic lake) and minerality. A fine interpretation of a grape often known for its sweet side, and here given space to show its ambitions and versatility.
