Saison with dandelion honey - BIRRIFICIO OLTREPÒ - 33cl. 5.1% Vol.
The Taraxa is a saison to which pepper and dandelion honey are added during fermentation. The honey gives the beer a typical bitter finish, clean and extremely balanced. High fermentation beer, highly carbonated, perfect for the warmer season thanks to its dry taste and limited alcohol content.

Double malt with chestnut honey - BIRRIFICIO OLTREPÒ - 33cl. 6.4%Vol.
Perfect balance between the sweetness of honey and the flavour of chestnut. All enhanced by exotic hops that exalt the roundness of the taste.

Blanche-TAVERNA DEL VARA- 33cl. 5.3%Vol.
Belgian-style white beer produced with the ancient white wheat of Suvero, a Slow Food presidium. The addition of coriander at the end of boiling gives the beer freshness and fruity notes.

American ipa-TAVERNA DEL VARA-33cl. 5,8%Vol.
Amber high fermentation beer inspired by the United States. Aromas of exotic fruit and citrus. Excellent balance between the bitterness of the hops and the caramel notes of the malts.

Coffee Stout-TAVERNA DEL VARA- 33cl. 4.8%Vol.
Dark ale with high fermentation. Irish-style coffee stout produced with the finest roasted and toasted malts. The aroma of coffee is enveloping, persistent, and blends with the sweetness of the malt. The result is a low-alcohol beer, very pleasant and drinkable with a coffee and milk coloured foam.

Anti Panic Ale-BREWERY GAMBOLÒ-Can 50cl. 4.5%Vol.
There is a certain calming quality to this beer that straddles the styles of Apa and Session Ipa. Light, fresh, and easy-going, Anti Panic Ale is designed to allow those who taste it to take with philosophy events such as globular lightning storms, explosive eruptions of volcanic calderas, potential invasions by extraterrestrial armies, and more generally, all the other little tests of nerve that the art of living calls us to face from time to time.

Keller Pils-BREWERY GAMBOLÒ-Can 50cl. 5%Vol.
Low fermentation beer suitable for any occasion. The KNN is made 100% with Pils malt and among the hops used, the Hallertau Mittelfrüh stands out, an ancient noble German variety, recognizable by its elegant floral aroma.

Ipa-BREWERY GAMBOLÒ-Can 50cl. 6.5%Vol
The middle earth of Norse mythology. Very fresh, drinkable, dry American IPA. The main protagonist of this beer is the hops (with a percentage of Cryo Hops) bitter, strong, balanced.

Belgian IPA-BREWERY GAMBOLÒ-Can 50cl. 6.2%Vol.
Born under the sign of the pig (Sus scrofa domesticus L.) from the collaboration with the local Emilian Salumeria del Rock and Pub Gourmet 1928, this beer expresses its character playfully balancing the saison yeast and the intense, fresh hop profile rich in aromas that make one exclaim without hesitation: Porco Demonio!
