Homemade butter shortcrust pastry, filled with fresh figs from our orchard.

A golden, crisp wafer, rolled and fried by us, which holds the secret of our tradition: a delicious handmade two-tone filling, half with custard cream and half with chocolate cream. Filled strictly to order.

A perfect meeting of flavours and colours: our crumbly artisanal shell, enriched in the dough with fragrant unsweetened cocoa, holds a very fresh buffalo ricotta cream, hand-worked until it becomes velvet-smooth.

Our classic, delicate panna cotta, topped with a rich, indulgent caramel, chocolate or berry glaze.

Our own indulgent reinterpretation of the timeless classic. We replace the ladyfingers with a light sponge cake made by us, soaked in coffee and embraced by a cloud of mascarpone cream, finished with a dusting of unsweetened cocoa on top.
