The signature side dish of our tradition: aubergines stuffed by hand with eggs and cheese, fried and then served with our tomato sauce, Parmesan and fresh basil.

Real potatoes hand-cut and fried to order to stay golden and crispy.

Courgettes and aubergines grilled on a hot griddle and simply dressed with a drizzle of oil and our local oregano. Depending on the season and availability, the dish is enriched with our grilled pumpkin.
