The roots in Cilento, the gaze on the sea
We are in a place suspended between the green of the centuries-old olive trees of Caprioli and the blue of the Gulf of Palinuro. Here, where the land kisses the sea, we invite you to slow down and enjoy the silence of nature and rediscover the slow flavours of the Mediterranean Diet.
Valle di Marco was born from the desire to share the beauty of our land and the warmth of our family. For us, you are not just customers, you are our guests. (or for us every customer is a special guest) We love cooking for you exactly as we would for our loved ones: using simple, genuine ingredients, gestures of love and an immense passion for our land of Cilento. We honour our roots by bringing ancient recipes and time-honoured gestures to the table.
Our cuisine in three words:
• Fresh pasta: Hand-made every morning with the passion of the old days.
• The home garden: Fresh, seasonal vegetables from our garden just a few metres from your table; for the remaining dishes, we carefully select local producers from our land.
• The local area: Oil from our hills, artisanal cured meats and cheeses from our Cilento shepherds.
Make yourselves comfortable, pour yourself a glass of wine and let yourselves be pampered.
