Tasting description

During this journey, the start is entrusted to the "Montanaro" to share, with its warm bruschetta and the bold flavors of tradition.
The tasting continues with a selection of four small-sized pizzas, inspired by places and stories from Tuscany, cut into slices to facilitate tasting.
Everything is accompanied by a carefully selected bottle of sparkling wine from Tuscany, to make the experience fresh and elegant.

Included: all the courses described below, cover charge, and water (1 bottle).

A tribute to Colonnata, a small marble village where the famous lardo originates, aged for centuries in stone basins. A pizza that combines the strength of the mountains with the aromas of the forest, telling an ancient story of hard work, patience, and intense flavors.

An explosion of autumn flavors in perfect balance between sweet and smoky. A tribute to the famous Florentine festival.

Creamy pumpkin soup, mozzarella, smoked speck, porcini mushrooms, and smoked scamorza cheese, a drizzle of oil and parsley.

Devil's Valley

“Valle del Diavolo,” an area affected by volcanic phenomena characterized by the release of endogenous steam from the ground, is the heart of the Tuscan geothermal area, which is said to have inspired the great poet – father of the Italian language and very Tuscan – Dante Alighieri.

A sesame-roasted crust surrounds a valley of tomato, mozzarella, local spicy ventricina, jalapeno peppers, spicy 'nduja, and live flame!
