Medium intensity and bright garnet red. The olfactory opening is floral with wilted roses and violets, then ripe fruit emerges in a declination of morello cherry, red currant, goji berries, plum, and mulberry, fading into hints of blood orange. The sweet spiciness of cinnamon, star anise, and cloves broadens the olfactory profile. On the palate, it is smooth, dynamic, and full, with a central core given by fruity freshness that fully corresponds with the aromas. Grapes: 100% pure Merlot. The wine is produced only from the vines planted in 1954.
Clear, purple red in color with a beautiful ruby red edge, dense in the glass. The nose shows a beautiful complexity, you can feel very present hints of red and black fruits such as blueberry, raspberry and cherry. Presence of flowers such as red roses in particular, very evident notes of medicinal plants such as oregano, marjoram, laurel and vegetal notes such as cypress and fig leaf. On the palate it is structured and warm, it has an entry characterized by a pleasant softness, enveloping and balanced tannins, the spiciness of black pepper is confirmed. "Leggenda" IGT 2018 SuperTuscan - Casanova [Montepulciano]

Impenetrable ruby with light garnet nuances. Great olfactory impact, powerful, an explosion of black fruits, black cherry, black currant, blueberry. Black pepper, licorice, Sichuan pepper, and chinotto quickly follow. It then opens with bitter cocoa, coffee, cigar, and balsamic touches of bay leaf, juniper, eucalyptus, ending with mint chocolate and graphite. On the palate, it presents itself as virile with the same power and thickness. It is warm and solid with a vigorous but well-crafted tannin, proportionate to the wine's robustness. Despite its strength, the mouthfeel is not weighed down, thanks to its acidic-sapid backbone. It finishes with a caloric embrace and a long aromatic persistence of licorice, crème de cassis, and bitter chocolate.

"Schidione" IGT 2020 SuperTuscan - Biondi Santi [Castello di Montepò]

15% Vol. Grapes: Sangiovese Grosso, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
This is an incredible Supertuscan, obtained from a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, each vinified separately. The resulting wine is then aged in French oak barrels for about 24 months, followed by an additional 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Deep red, elegant and complex, with a pleasant olfactory impact of cherry preserves and ripe red fruits, with background scents of undergrowth and vanilla. On the palate, it stands out with its full and well-structured body, characterized by velvety and tasty tannins.
