The menu is for one indivisible person, includes a first course of your choice, a second course of your choice, a side dish, 1/2 litre of water and 1/4 of wine in a carafe.

FIRST COURSES
- Ciceri e tria (pasta and chickpeas with fried pasta)
- Purè di fave con "muersi" fritti (fava bean purée with fried bread croutons and wild chicory)
- Orecchiette alla Leccese (homemade pasta with fresh tomato sauce, local ricotta cheese and basil)
- Sagne 'ncannulate con ricotta forte (twisted fettuccine pasta with fresh tomato sauce, spicy cheese cream and basil)
