First and Second Courses
Fresh homemade pasta, seasonal vegetables sourced from local supply chains, meat from the Carpareto farm, in Molino d'Egola, where calves are born and spend most of their lives outdoors and free, with largely organic feeding.
THE PIZZERIA (every day for dinner and only on Wednesdays for lunch)
Our pizzeria is open every day for dinner and on Wednesdays also for lunch. We also make our own bread using pizza dough.
The menu, like that of the restaurant, changes with the seasons.
For the pizzas, we use organic tomatoes from Cecina, Sardinian fior di latte mozzarella, and flour from local wheat.
Our classic dough is made with flour from the province of Prato, milled by Molino Parri, and it is the starting point for the doughs we offer.
For each pizza, you can choose the dough:
- Classic: type 2, 0, whole wheat flour
- Black: addition of activated charcoal: +1.5
- Multigrain: addition of rye, oats, barley, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds: +1.5
- Gluten-free dough: (not homemade): +3.5

Our desserts change seasonally and are the result of our chef's creativity and technique, without the use of ready-made mixes.

In this section, you will find all our wine and beer selections with recommended pairings for our menu. For wines by the glass, please ask our staff about the current availability. Additionally, you will find digestifs, liqueurs, grappas, and spirits to enjoy after your meal or paired with our desserts.

Per esigenze di servizio non possiamo proporre il nostro menù alla carta per gruppi da 10 persone e oltre, i nostri spazi di preparazione sono ridotti e per riuscire a proporvi i prodotti più adatti e il servizio migliore, proponiamo dei MENU FISSI per gruppi dalle 10 persone in su.
Per questi motivi e perchè lavoriamo con piccoli produttori proponendo un menu stagionale, chiediamo di concordare in anticipo quale menù viene scelto, contattandoci anche via whatsapp al 371-3161941.

Il menù scelto deve essere lo stesso per tutto il tavolo, ma cerchiamo comunque di venire incontro a chi ha particolari esigenze alimentari (ad es. persone celiache, allergie...).
