Ristorante
Here you will find all our offerings from appetizers to desserts.
All the first courses are made with fresh pasta produced by us (except for gluten-free gnocchi).
For burgers and tartares, we use meat from the Carpareto farm in Molino d'Egola, where the calves are born and spend most of their lives outdoors, in a large enclosure on the hillside where they live freely. Their diet is largely produced by the farm itself with organic certification.
The vegetables we offer are local and seasonal, to let you enjoy every product that nature gives us, in the right season.
The desserts also change seasonally and are the result of the creativity and technique of our chef Alessandro, without the use of ready-made preparations.

THE PIZZERIA (every day for dinner and only on Wednesdays for lunch)
Our pizzeria is open every day for dinner and on Wednesdays also for lunch. We also make our own bread using pizza dough.
The menu, like that of the restaurant, changes with the seasons.
For the pizzas, we use organic tomatoes from Cecina, Sardinian fior di latte mozzarella, and flour from local wheat.
Our classic dough is made with flour from the province of Prato, milled by Molino Parri, and it is the starting point for the doughs we offer.
For each pizza, you can choose the dough:
- Classic: type 2, 0, whole wheat flour
- Black: addition of activated charcoal: +1.5
- Multigrain: addition of rye, oats, barley, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds: +1.5
- Gluten-free dough: (not homemade): +3.5

Vini, birre e bevande
In this section, you will find all our wine and beer offerings with recommended pairings for our menu.
For wine by the glass, ask our staff what is currently available.
Additionally, we have included draft beer, ISI, a craft beer from Birrificio Degged in Livorno.

Dessert del mese
Our desserts change seasonally and are the result of our chef's creativity and technique, without the use of ready-made mixes.

Here you can find our selection of bitters, liqueurs, grappas, and spirits, to enjoy after your meal or paired with our desserts. Each dessert has also been designed to pair with one of them.

Per esigenze di servizio non possiamo proporre il nostro menù alla carta per gruppi da 10 persone e oltre, i nostri spazi di preparazione sono ridotti e per riuscire a proporvi i prodotti più adatti e il servizio migliore, proponiamo dei MENU FISSI per gruppi dalle 10 persone in su.
Per questi motivi e perchè lavoriamo con piccoli produttori proponendo un menu stagionale, chiediamo di concordare in anticipo quale menù viene scelto, contattandoci anche via whatsapp al 371-3161941.

Il menù scelto deve essere lo stesso per tutto il tavolo, ma cerchiamo comunque di venire incontro a chi ha particolari esigenze alimentari (ad es. persone celiache, allergie...).

Gluten Free
Our menus are largely adaptable to gluten-free diets. As fresh pasta first courses, we offer GLUTEN-FREE GNOCCHI, a type of pasta that we believe can be paired with some of the sauces we offer in our menu: We buy the packaged product. We also have gluten-free bread and artisanal BUNS for our burgers. For the PIZZERIA, you can choose your favorite flavor from our pizza menu, and we will make the pizza on a gluten-free base. Cooking takes place in a special oven. All gluten-free baked products are purchased from "Sabrina senza glutine", a shop and laboratory that exclusively produces artisanal gluten-free products. As a DESSERT, we offer our traditional vanilla cooked cream with salted caramel, gluten-free and lactose-free. We ask that you ALWAYS inform our staff of the presence of celiac people, also to ask for information and advice, on the products and on the preparation times of the dishes.
