The liqueur is a tribute to the Liberation Struggle, it is “Naturally Partisan,” meaning it stands for antifascism and nature. The amaro is produced using only 9 ingredients: herbs, spices, and fruits, mostly gathered near the Resistance museum, or always in Lunigiana, available year-round. The ninth ingredient is the migrant ingredient: the Clove originating from Indonesia. It is a “living” liqueur because the ingredients change the organoleptic characteristics with the seasonality of the herbs used, and each bottle may have a different taste and color from another.
