Vinified in cement with indigenous yeasts, macerated on the skins for 12 hours. Aged in cement for 4 months and further refined for 4 months in the bottle. Very aromatic, with citrus and exotic aromas, great sapidity typical of clay soil, but balanced by an unusual softness.
A very pleasant wine in summer for its lightness and drinkability, but always perfect as an aperitif and to accompany lighter Mediterranean cuisine made of fish and vegetables.

Excellent for summer pairings with tartare, pizza, and even hamburgers.

Coltivato su un'antica collina terrazzata, su terreno argilloso e calcareo, vinificato in cemento con lieviti indigeni e macerazione da una a quattro settimane seguendo l'entrata sequenziale dei vari vitigni. Ricco di sentori botanici e balsamici, piacevole e di bassa gradazione, tannini morbidi.

Pale ruby red in color as used in the past, Due su Due matures in steel and has light notes of morello cherry, cherry and berries on the nose. Focused on elegance and drinkability, it is balanced in the mouth and expresses the fresh and pleasant acidity typical of the vine. The aromatic spectrum evolves over time with a velvety and persistent finish. It goes well with platters of cold cuts and cheeses, vegetables, and with a good pizza.

Chianti DOCG, “Governo all’Uso Toscano” method, 90% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot, Colle Adimari (Cerreto Guidi - Florence), 2024, 13.5% vol.
The hand-harvested Sangiovese grapes are vinified according to the traditional “governo all’uso toscano” method, with the addition of dried grapes at the end of fermentation. Fermentation takes place in wooden barrels, followed by aging in the same barrels with the addition of Merlot grapes.
On the nose: Fruity with notes of ripe fruit.
On the palate: Rounded, fresh, and harmonious taste with a pleasantly wine-like aftertaste reminiscent of the harvest season.

Aging for 3 months in oak barrels. It is a young, cheerful, companionable wine. The elegance, fruit and spices typical of Syrah meet the freshness and acidity of Sangiovese in a mix of territory and international contamination.
