Ipagea is the second creation from the collaboration between the brewery Vapori di Birra and the Arci La Staffetta Association. It is an India Pale Ale characterized by the use of New Zealand hops and a robust dry hopping. The bitterness imparted by these hops is delicate yet persistent, not sharp or pungent.

The White IPA style is the link between American IPAs and Belgian wheat beers, integrating the spicy/citrusy and refreshing characteristics of Blanches with the aromas, intensity, and freshness derived from the heavy use of hops. The result is a beer perfect for the warmer months, capable of quenching thirst while making the drinking experience satisfying with its bold yet fresh character.
