The liqueur is a tribute to the Liberation Struggle, it is “Naturally Partisan,” meaning it stands for antifascism and nature. The amaro is produced using only 9 ingredients: herbs, spices, and fruits, mostly gathered near the Resistance museum, or always in Lunigiana, available year-round. The ninth ingredient is the migrant ingredient: the Clove originating from Indonesia. It is a “living” liqueur because the ingredients change the organoleptic characteristics with the seasonality of the herbs used, and each bottle may have a different taste and color from another.

Acquavite giovane, dalla personalità vivace, porta in sé i profumi delle vinacce di Maremma.
Trasparente, limpida e cristallina. Netto il profumo della vinaccia fresca in questa grappa giovane. Al palato equilibrata e piacevole, di buona persistenza, evidenzia al retrolfatto note fruttate ed erbacee di fieno falciato.

Puro distillato di vinacce selezionate, la grappa operaia segue la sambuca: entrambe nascono dall’incontro tra la fabbrica recuperata RiMaflow e il Collettivo dei lavoratori GKN. La loro lotta, coraggiosa e radicale, è diventata il simbolo di chi si ribella a un sistema in cui la dignità di chi lavora è quotidianamente sacrificata sull’altare del profitto, della precarietà e dello sfruttamento. Il ricavato delle vendite servirà anche a sostenere la loro lotta ed il lavoro in autogestione operaia di RiMaflow.

Trois rivieres, amber agricultural rum aged 18 months in oak barrels, Martinique, 40% vol. Rum Trois Rivieres Ambrè represents one of the most refined examples of traditional distillation from the French Antilles. This agricultural rum comes directly from Martinique, an island renowned for producing superior quality rum thanks to its volcanic soil and ideal climate. With an alcohol content of 40%, Rum Trois Rivieres Ambrè is aged in oak barrels which gives it a golden amber color and a rich and complex aromatic profile. On the nose, it stands out for its intense notes of cinnamon, vanilla and ripe tropical fruits, with a light hint of tobacco and leather, the result of its aging process. Rum Diplomatico, Reserva exclusiva, Venezuela, 40% vol. Soft and balanced rum, Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva rum has a nose rich in aromas of orange peel, toffee and licorice, making it very smooth. On the palate it releases notes of toffee, orange peel and licorice. The finish is complex and balanced, tinged with oak and vanilla, rather persistent.

LAPHROAIG, Islay single malt scotch whisky, 10 years, 40% vol. The Laphroaig 10 year is characterized by the aroma of peat and the distinctly marine note. Produced by one of the 8 distilleries on the island of Islay, like all Scotch Whiskies, the meaning of its name refers to ancient origins, in Gaelic Laphroaig means 'the beautiful cavity on the wide valley' and the distillery is located, precisely, on that piece of sea that divides Scotland from Northern Ireland. Brilliant antique gold colour, it releases intense and intriguing smoky peat aromas, brackish and iodine notes and marked medicinal scents. The taste is complex and deep, warm and responsive to the nose, with lively flavor and good acid support. It goes well with dark chocolate.

Brandy è il nome generico dell’acquavite ricavata dalla distillazione del vino, dopo un periodo di invecchiamento in botte; questa denominazione è universalmente impiegata. Arzente, antica variante della parola “Ardente” da “aqua ardens” è il termine coniato da Gabriele D’Annunzio negli anni 30 per l’acquavite di vino invecchiata italiana.

Come una passione, ben si percepisce “l’ardere” di questa acquavite, che, pur con la sua raffinata delicatezza, coinvolge i sensi in un turbinio di emozioni di grande fascino. Il merito di questa imponente complessità è da attribuirsi alla scelta dell’uvaggio, alla distillazione artigianale ed al lungo invecchiamento in rovere di media tostatura ed alta qualità.

Ambrato, elegante ed equilibrato, questo brandy presenta all’olfatto piacevoli note di cacao, ciliegia candita, liquirizia, carruba, vaniglia.
Al palato è intenso ed immediato, molto persistente, con sentori di rovere e mandorla tostata, sullo sfondo delicate sfumature di miele di castagno.
