This junmai sake is produced by the sake giant, Gekkeikan, which is also the sake supplier to the Japanese imperial family. Junmai sake is a good quality sake and is made with rice polished to 70% of its original size. This sake is clear, full-bodied, and dry.

Great fruity and floral aroma, preserved by single pasteurisation. Elegant taste but with good persistence.
