Premium Japanese lager

Fermented for a long period, this premium pale ale features an aromatic sweetness in its amber tones. Thanks to the combination of high-quality malts, roasted sweet potatoes, and craft beer, this beer is unique to the Bushu area and showcases the famous Kawagoe product, Kintoki sweet potatoes. Take your time to fully savour its flavours and slightly elevated alcohol content. Called “Beniaka” which means crimson red, in honour of the colours of the sweet potatoes that contributed to its production.
