Red Wines
A selection that celebrates the strength and elegance of Sicilian land. From the vibrant, saline reds of Etna, born of volcanic ash, to the historic grape varieties of our region such as Nero d'Avola and Perricone. We have chosen labels capable of telling the most authentic Sicily: wines of structure, enveloping and profound, yet capable of surprising with freshness and drinkability, ideal for accompanying the intense flavours of our land-based cuisine and the great challenges of the sea.
Wines of Etna
Born of heroic viticulture and a unique terroir in the world, the volcano wines capture the energy and minerality of flint and black ash. The whites, led by Carricante, stand out for their piercing acidity, verticality and aromas of orange blossom and high-altitude citrus. The reds, dominated by Nerello Mascalese, are distinguished by their pale, elegant colour, silky tannins and a refined bouquet of small red berries and delicate spices. An unmistakable signature, straight from the heart of the volcano.
