Aperitif with a small snack (breadsticks or flatbread, subject to availability)

Cocktail of your choice:
- Gin and tonic with Tuscan gin
- Glass of Prosecco
- Spritz
- Kollontai Fruit: Kollontai anti-sexist vodka and fruit juice
- Non-alcoholic gin and tonic / lemon
- Alcoholic or non-alcoholic Hugo (Prosecco, mint, elderflower, lemon)

Traditional Sicilian arancini (saffron rice with veal ragout and peas) with spicy sauce (2 pieces).

The spicy sauce contains some Worcestershire sauce (allergens: anchovies, barley).

Warm Emilian tigelle served with Modenese pesto (lard worked with garlic and rosemary) and Grana Padano (6 pieces per portion).

Our classic chickpea flatbread with spicy sauce (4 pieces).

Toasted bread crostini to spread with YOUR CHOICE:
- chicken liver pâté
- cheese fondue
- chickpea hummus, tahini sauce (sesame seeds) and vegetables

Cured ham and stracciatella, served with our warm flatbread

HOT FOCACCIA (every evening and on Wednesdays and Fridays at lunchtime)
