Wheat beer with an opalescent yellow colour and a compact white head, with pronounced notes of clove and hints of banana. A slight acidity that makes it easy to drink.

Combines the spicy/citrus and refreshing characteristics of wheat Blanches with the aromas, intensity and freshness derived from the generous use of hops typical of IPAs.

Blonde beer, Pale Ale. On the nose, citrusy, with hints of grapefruit and citrus. A medium-bodied beer, with sweet malt notes and a delicate bitterness, imparted by American hops.

Red Belgian Ale style, with a malty aroma and light fruitiness, moderate hops and bitterness.

Distinctive flavour, also determined by the second dry hopping. On the nose it has the typical aroma of exotic fruit, on the palate a persistent bitterness and the taste of citrus fruits and spices.

Pils, Birrificio Degged, Livorno, 4.8% vol.

A pale lager with low fermentation, lively carbonation, refreshing and slightly bitter on the finish. In German style. It has recently won 4th place in its category at “Birra dell’anno”, an important national competition organised every year by Unionbirrai.

blanche, Birrificio Baus Beer, Vinci, 5% vol.

Belgian-style wheat blanche beer, enriched with coriander and bitter orange peel, with a dry, sparkling character that makes it extremely refreshing and easy to drink.

Azadì is a Freedom American Pale Ale with wild dill from Rojava, 5.2% vol.

Its name, which means “Freedom” in Kurdish, identifies a project of active solidarity that crosses borders to support the self-determination of peoples.

The initiative is promoted by the Health Relay of Rete Kurdistan Italia, a project born from the need to provide material support for the resistance of Rojava and the surrounding areas. By drinking this beer, you support the healthcare project of the Health Relay and the Kurdish Red Crescent: building a small hospital in Rojava (northern Syria), responding to emergencies, and helping to build the healthcare system of a free, ecological, feminist, multicultural and solidarity-based Rojava.

Red bottom-fermented beer, sweet with aromas of chestnuts, caramel and dried fruit, full-bodied, silky and easy to drink

SOLOS, Honey bock, Degged Brewery (Livorno), 7.3% vol.

American Amber Ale style, double malt. On the nose, refreshing notes of grapefruit and pineapple from the citrusy hops. On the palate, there are notes of caramel with a slight bitterness.

LIBERA, gluten-free American ale, Vapori di Birra, Sasso Pisano (PI), 5% ABV. Beer produced using a fully renewable process and geothermal steam.

Gluten-free American ale, straw-coloured with a clear white head, light-bodied, with delicate notes of malt and maize. The taste is clean, fresh and bitter, with herbal and floral hop notes.

Red double malt, Birrificio Settantadue, Montespertoli (FI), 6.5% vol.

Mahogany red, with a hint of caramel on the nose. Full-bodied on the palate, with delicate bitterness and a clean finish

Botanic IPA, alcohol-free beer with passionflower and essential citrus oils (orange and grapefruit), barley malt, Italian hops, gentian, yeast, Birrificio Baladin, Piozzo (CN).
