RUM OPTHIMUS 25Y
The flagship rum of the Oliver distillery, which matures for at least 25 years in oak barrels using the Solera method, presents a dark cherry colour with ruby highlights. On the palate, it is round, complex, broad, with a long persistence.

RUM PLANTATION ISLE OF FIJI
RUM / RON from the unspoilt lagoons to the lush jungles, Plantation Isle of Fiji is an ode to the beauty of the Fiji Islands. This delightful rum is produced using traditional techniques and local Fiji sugarcane. Initially aged in this tropical climate in bourbon barrels, the rum is then transported to the south-west of France for a second maturation in French oak barrels. This method of double aging combined with Fiji's know-how creates a rum with warm notes of exotic fruit and raisins.

RUM PLANTATION XAYMACA
Xaymaca evokes the name given to the island by its first inhabitants, the Arawaks. The dream of creating a 100% pot still Jamaican rum has become a reality: Xaymaca Special Dry is a blend of rums that have undergone a long fermentation of one to three weeks, distilled in John Dore stills at Long Pond and in Vendome at Clarendon.
Rum with intense aromas that reveal the traditional and legendary “Rum Funk”: black banana and flambéed pineapple, aromas and flavours that are locally recognised as “Hogo”, a term derived from the French “Haut Gout” (broad taste).
RUM PLANTATION PINEAPPLE

RUM PLANTATION PINEAPPLE
The process involves the use of Victoria Pineapples, peeled and chopped. The skin is infused with Plantation Three Stars for a week and then everything is redistilled in a pot still. Separately, the pineapple pieces are infused for three months in Plantation Original Dark. Finally, the two distillates obtained are blended by the skilled hands of Alexandre Gabriel and the final product is left to rest in barrels for three months.
The result is a rich and smooth bouquet with smoky notes and tropical fruit, with pineapple clearly dominating. In the background, there are pleasant citrus and spicy notes that help to soften the excessively soft tones of the fruit. On the palate, it is structured, full, and round, without exceeding in sweetness as one might expect from a flavoured rum, with interesting notes of tropical fruit and sweet spices, where the scent of pineapple clearly prevails once again. The finish is long, round, and ends dry with smoky notes.
