KYO Gin & Tonic

KYO gin is the result of deep research and an extraordinary dedication to purity, harmony, beauty, and balance. Our inspiration comes from NAM MYOHO RENGE KYO, a concept of deep connection with the universe and the purity of the soul.

KYO gin is much more than a gin. It is an experience that will guide you through a sensory journey where aroma, taste, and spirituality merge in harmony. Each sip will bring you a step closer to meditation and connection with your inner self. Join us on this journey towards harmony, purity, and beauty.

Drink with respect and awareness, because KYO gin is more than a drink, it is a philosophy.

SMALL BATCH: EVERY DROP IS A MASTERPIECE
We never compromise on quality. KYO gin is made in small batches, ensuring attention to detail and artisanal precision. Each bottle, numbered and limited edition, is a work of art.

LOW-TEMPERATURE DISTILLATION: AN ACT OF RESPECT FOR NATURE
In every drop of KYO gin, we capture the delicacy of aromas thanks to a low-temperature and vacuum distillation process. This artisanal technique preserves the freshness and essence of the main botanicals: Shamanic White Sage, Palo Santo, and Buddha's Hand.

A strongly digestive potion, born in the Netherlands and soon becoming a popular spirit, it is now one of the most loved. Its base of grains and aromas is enriched with juniper berries, famous for their healing properties and sweet, aromatic taste.

Gin AQVO

The aromatic profile of AQVO is elegant and complex: the citrus notes of Chinotto di Savona, recognised as a Slow Food presidium, alternate with the floral fragrances of Lavender from Imperia and the delicacy of the petals of Rose from Sanremo, the city of flowers par excellence. The intense aromaticity of Helichrysum completes the sensory experience. The balance of AQVO is achieved thanks to thyme, bay laurel, sage and fresh basil from Albenga: a true herbaceous bouquet typically Mediterranean. Finally, the flakes of Fleur de Sel de Camargue give the gin minerality and body, with a final note that is never salty.

Gin Mare Mediterranean is produced in a distillery located in an 18th-century chapel, in an ancient fishing village between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada. This gin is born from traditional production techniques, starting with a delicate process of maceration and distillation of each individual botanical among the four selected: thyme from Turkey, basil from Italy, rosemary from Greece, and Arbequina olives from Spain. It is this particular variety of olive – the main ingredient – that offers a real aromatic concentration: it takes 7 kilos to produce one litre, and it should be noted that its acidity levels change every year. This means that each distillation is different and unique.
