The nose is immediately captivated by the fragrances of hops, with a pronounced citrus character, tinged with pink grapefruit and vanilla orange, accompanied by a subtle tropical vein with hints of pineapple and papaya. On the palate, it has lively effervescence, a flowing body but made more noticeable by the wheat’s texture, a brief malty attack followed by a subtle citrus vein leaning towards tangerine, and a distinct final bitterness, developed on tangerine peel and with a reasonably long persistence.
