Briccodoro DOC is made from 100% Langhe DOC Arneis, with grapes sourced from vineyards in the municipality of Neive.
Briccodoro DOC is straw yellow in colour with greenish notes, and has a fresh aroma with hints of exotic fruit.
Its flavour is broad and bouquet-like, with great freshness and drinkability.
It pairs ideally with many seafood dishes; in particular, with a dish of steamed mantis shrimp.
Less obvious, but no less satisfying, is the pairing with a braided buffalo mozzarella.
