OTTAKRINGER - VIENNA HELLES

ORIGIN: AUSTRIA - STYLE: VIENNA HELLES - ABV: 5.2%
Ottakringer has been brewing beer since 1800 and is considered Vienna's oldest brewery. Ottakringer Helles has been brewed since the brewery was founded, although its flavour has evolved over time. A pale beer in the Helles style, it is brewed using a selection of the finest hops and malts and spring water. The result is a pale beer with fantastic balance, malty aromas and fruity notes, a refreshing, flavoursome body, with a pleasant bitterness.

Radler with four citrus fruits: lemon, grapefruit, lime and orange blend with the light malty aroma and the unmistakable yeasty scent of Helles Ottakringer.

OHARA'S IRISH STOUT

O’hara’s Irish Stout Nitro is the canned version of the classic stout from the Irish brewery. The technology used makes it possible to experience the same effect as having an O’hara’s on draught in a fantastic English pub: smooth, creamy foam accompanied by a cascade of flavours. Soft and tasty, with prominent roasted malt flavours and notes of coffee and bitter cocoa. O’hara’s Irish Stout Nitro is a unique experience for all lovers of authentic Irish stouts.

BUDVAR - CZECH LAGER

The iconic Budweiser Budvar Original is a Czech beer that takes its name from its city. Brewed since 1895, it is also known as the “beer of kings”; Budweiser Budvar remains one of the finest Czech beers in the brewing world. Made with a careful selection of raw ingredients, only the female flowers of Saaz hops are used, which contain special balsamic notes that give Budweiser its unmistakable aroma.
With a golden blonde colour, in Lager style, Budweiser Budvar Original has a bold, full, harmonious, refreshing and perfectly balanced taste; a balance given by the hops and Moravian malt that make it ideal to be enjoyed with any dish. As with all bottom-fermented beers, water makes the difference: produced with the purest water from artesian wells more than 300 metres deep. Its finish is dry and decisive.

JOPEN - NORTH SEA - IPA

Here is a new, very fresh, light and spectacular lager. It is undoubtedly one of the main candidates for the title of the most refreshing and easy-drinking summer lager ever made. ToOl SIPA is the new session IPA produced by the Danish brewery. Blanche de Bruges is a historic Belgian wheat beer produced by the De Halve Maan brewery in the historic centre of Bruges. Citrusy aromas and flavours meet the spicy notes of coriander, giving it a classic fresh and rounded taste.

Naturally cloudy and opalescent, Blanche de Bruges is perfect as an aperitif beer or to accompany dishes with an Asian touch or excellent sushi.

BRASSERIE DUPONT - SAISON

ORIGIN: BELGIUM - STYLE: SAISON - ABV: 6.5%
Saison Dupont is one of the world’s most famous Belgian saison-style beers. Blonde, low in alcohol, and tart as the style dictates, it is a light and very refreshing beer thanks to its bitterness, which is present but not excessive. Saison Dupont is the quintessential spring beer, and this is reflected in its aromas: yeast, lemons and hops.
The distinctive feature of Saison Dupont lies in its fermentation: it is fermented with hops harvested at the end of summer, and then matured during the winter. The tart flavour characteristic of the style is predominant, balancing well between fruity and spicy notes.

BRASSERIE DUPONT - MOINETTE BLONDE - BELGIAN STRONG ALE

ORIGIN: BELGIUM - STYLE: BELGIAN BLONDE STRONG ALE - ABV: 8.5%
Pale hazy golden colour, with a compact, fine white head and good retention. On the nose, sweet and rich with spirit-soaked fruit (apricot and peach), candied sugar, citrus fruit (orange zest), caramel, hops and a light spiciness from the yeast. The body is robust, but the alcohol content is dangerously well hidden. On the palate there is an almost total match with the aroma, with the addition of honeyed notes. Smooth, clean, very sweet but characterised by a dry finish that fortunately cleanses the palate well. It leaves a slightly sweet and fruity aftertaste, with the alcohol still well disguised and only warming the throat.

BRASSERIE DUBUISSON - CUVEE DE TROLLES

ORIGIN: BELGIUM - TYPE: BLONDE ALE - ABV: 7%
An easy-drinking Blond Ale, fragrant and well balanced. The aroma recalls spring flowers and, on the palate, ripe fruit and acacia honey emerge. The skilful combination of hops and candied orange peel makes it refreshing and suitable for all palates.

HOLD ON - INFLAMING

Double IPA 100% pils, dry but deceptively well balanced in its bitter component, characterised by the combined use of new-generation American and German hops, which give it a subtle note of berries supporting the tropical aroma.
Bitter, alluring and dangerously easy to drink.

St Bernardus Tokyo Blanche

St Bernardus Tokyo was created in honour of the opening of the first St Bernardus-themed café, right in the Japanese capital. The artwork on its can was created by Belgian illustrator Devacht and reflects Japanese nightlife, in the streets of Kanda, the district where “St Bernardus Brewery” is located. It is an unfiltered beer, representing a blend between a witbier and a Saison. It leaves fresh citrus notes on the palate, with a fragrance of chamomile and fruit such as banana and red apple. A discerning connoisseur may notice a hint of cloves and vanilla.
It has an alcohol content of 6% ABV.

EAST SIDE - FATAMORGANA

Type: Scotch Ale - Origin: Italy - ABV 9%
Fata Morgana from the Eastside brewery presents a friar’s robe colour with ruby highlights. On the nose, the aroma is clean, with notes of caramel and fruit in spirit standing out, and light toasted nuances. On the palate, the aroma’s notes return; with a medium body and low carbonation, the drink is balanced by delicate, persistent bitter notes on the finish. Perfect paired with grilled meats, such as chicken or pork, or to accompany mature cheeses and cream-based desserts

EAST SIDE - ABRACADABRA SESSION IPA

Type: session IPA - Origin: Italy - Alc. 4.5%
Beer in the style of a Session IPA with a hazy golden colour. The aroma is fresh hops, with tropical notes (pineapple, tropical fruit and citrus) and light hints of pine. On the palate it is fresh and pleasantly bitter, with light malt notes that highlight the beer's tropical and citrus character. Dry and easy-drinking, it is perfect paired with spicy meat and fish dishes, such as chicken and salmon, vegetable fritters, smoked meats cooked on the barbecue and, finally, medium-aged cheeses.

BIRRIFICIO LAMBRATE - BOCK

Bock-style beer.
Deep amber in colour with ruby highlights. On the nose, floral notes stand out, followed by chestnut honey, caramel and fruit.
On the palate, a light fruitiness and honey notes return.
A beer with a wonderful balance between the sweetness of the malt and the bitterness of the hops.

WAR - ULTIMA CENA - RAW HAZY TRIPEL IPA

Type: Raw Hazy Tripel IPA - Origin: Italy - ABV 9.9%
this beer, with its deep yellow colour, hazy appearance and fine but not very persistent white head, offers aromas of tropical fruit and citrus on the nose. On the palate it is full-bodied and velvety, with an intense fruity flavour and a bitter, resinous finish. This beer was born from a collaboration between the War brewery in Milan and the Tool brewery in Denmark. It is a limited edition.

WAR - SANTO SPIRITO BOCK

Santo Spirito is one of the latest creations from Birrificio WAR, which for the first time ventures into producing an amber beer with a good alcohol content and warmer tones. After years of explosive, hop-forward IPAs, WAR explores new territory with this Bock, which immediately offers aromas of honey, caramel, dried fruit and dehydrated fruit.
On the palate, the same impressions remain, accompanied by a balanced bitterness and a gentle alcoholic warmth. A beer that demonstrates WAR's versatility beyond IPAs.

Boon Oude Geuze is a Belgian Lambic beer with 100% spontaneous fermentation, with a beautiful golden colour. On the nose it has aromas of yeast, wine and undergrowth. On the palate it is tart, with the typical flavour of Lambic beers, with pleasant notes of wine.
It is a beer that pairs very well with desserts or with fish or cheese dishes.

DELIRIUM - DELIRIO ALCOHOL-FREE

Delirio is the new alcohol-free Delirium beer. Clear in appearance with a fine head, on the nose it opens with a light malt aroma, enriched with spicy and fruity notes. On the palate, it offers a spicy, full and rounded flavour, with a fruity, hoppy finish. This alcohol-free beer was created by Joris Dheedene, our master brewer, who has managed to evoke the flavours of Delirium Tremens through the use of alternative yeasts, creative cereal blends and innovative brewing techniques.
