BIRRIFICIO LAMBRATE - COSMIC SESSION IPA

Session IPA brewed with American hops, German and English malt, fermented with US yeast. An ideal beer for the warmer season, in which the hop aromas take centre stage. You will be transported into a universe of aromas: floral, fruity, citrus, berries, herbaceous and pine will tantalise your sense of smell. The flavours of the tropics are harmonious with the cereal taste, giving it the right body. A unique beer!

St Bernardus Tokyo Blanche

St Bernardus Tokyo was created in honour of the opening of the first St Bernardus-themed café, right in the Japanese capital. The artwork on its can was created by Belgian illustrator Devacht and reflects Japanese nightlife, in the streets of Kanda, the district where “St Bernardus Brewery” is located. It is an unfiltered beer, representing a blend between a witbier and a Saison. It leaves fresh citrus notes on the palate, with a fragrance of chamomile and fruit such as banana and red apple. A discerning connoisseur may notice a hint of cloves and vanilla.
It has an alcohol content of 6% ABV.

BREWFIST - BUROCRACY IPA

IPA – 6.0%
India Pale Ale rich in aromatic American and New Zealand hops, born from frustration with stagnant Italian bureaucracy. It has an elegant bouquet of citrus and ripe fruit, and a smooth, caramel-like opening followed by a long, refined bitterness. Dedicated to hop lovers and those who prefer few words.

Type: Scotch Ale - Origin: Italy - ABV 9%
Fata Morgana from the Eastside brewery presents a friar’s robe colour with ruby highlights. On the nose, the aroma is clean, with notes of caramel and fruit in spirit standing out, and light toasted nuances. On the palate, the aroma’s notes return; with a medium body and low carbonation, the drink is balanced by delicate, persistent bitter notes on the finish. Perfect paired with grilled meats, such as chicken or pork, or to accompany mature cheeses and cream-based desserts

EAST SIDE - ABRACADABRA SESSION IPA

Type: session IPA - Origin: Italy - Alc. 4.5%
Beer in the style of a Session IPA with a hazy golden colour. The aroma is fresh hops, with tropical notes (pineapple, tropical fruit and citrus) and light hints of pine. On the palate it is fresh and pleasantly bitter, with light malt notes that highlight the beer's tropical and citrus character. Dry and easy-drinking, it is perfect paired with spicy meat and fish dishes, such as chicken and salmon, vegetable fritters, smoked meats cooked on the barbecue and, finally, medium-aged cheeses.

BIRRIFICIO LAMBRATE - BOCK

Bock-style beer.
Deep amber in colour with ruby highlights. On the nose, floral notes stand out, followed by chestnut honey, caramel and fruit.
On the palate, a light fruitiness and honey notes return.
A beer with a wonderful balance between the sweetness of the malt and the bitterness of the hops.

WAR - ULTIMA CENA - RAW HAZY TRIPEL IPA

Type: Raw Hazy Tripel IPA - Origin: Italy - ABV 9.9%
this beer, with its deep yellow colour, hazy appearance and fine but not very persistent white head, offers aromas of tropical fruit and citrus on the nose. On the palate it is full-bodied and velvety, with an intense fruity flavour and a bitter, resinous finish. This beer was born from a collaboration between the War brewery in Milan and the Tool brewery in Denmark. It is a limited edition.

Santo Spirito is one of the latest creations from Birrificio WAR, which for the first time ventures into producing an amber beer with a good alcohol content and warmer tones. After years of explosive, hop-forward IPAs, WAR explores new territory with this Bock, which immediately offers aromas of honey, caramel, dried fruit and dehydrated fruit.
On the palate, the same impressions remain, accompanied by a balanced bitterness and a gentle alcoholic warmth. A beer that demonstrates WAR's versatility beyond IPAs.

HOLD ON - OUR HOPE

Veiled, with a soft, pleasantly sweet palate, strongly hopped on the nose with notes ranging from white-fleshed fruit to tropical fruit. Characterised by the use of Torulaspora in co-inoculation, a very active non-Saccharomyces oenological yeast in thiol biotransformation.
Lightly bitter, fruity.

Japanese IPA brewed with rice and rice koji, typical of sake production, and flavoured with a blend of Pacific hops led by the iconic Sorachi Ace, the quintessential Japanese hop.

Sunny Side from East Side Brewing is an American IPA, top-fermented, unpasteurised, unfiltered and bottle-, keg- and can-conditioned. It has a golden colour, with a white, creamy and persistent head. On the nose, fresh and assertive aromas of grapefruit, pine needles and tropical fruit are perceived. On the palate, it starts slightly biscuity, followed by an alternation of grapefruit and tropical fruit, with a clean and lingering bitterness. The beer is deliberately dry and moderately carbonated, with a high alcohol content but well balanced

DELIRIUM TREMENS

Straw-yellow colour, compact and persistent white head. Malty and spicy notes, with hints of banana. Full, rounded flavour, with a dry finish and lingering spicy notes.

DELIRIUM NOCTURNUM

Delirium Nocturnum is a strong ale with a dark brown colour and reddish hues. On the nose it offers malty aromas and notes of caramel, coffee and chocolate followed by a fruity touch and spicy hints of liquorice and pepper. On the palate it is well malted with complex flavours, both roasted and bitter.

DELIRIUM - DELIRIO ALCOHOL-FREE

Delirio is the new alcohol-free Delirium beer. Clear in appearance with a fine head, on the nose it opens with a light malt aroma, enriched with spicy and fruity notes. On the palate, it offers a spicy, full and rounded flavour, with a fruity, hoppy finish. This alcohol-free beer was created by Joris Dheedene, our master brewer, who has managed to evoke the flavours of Delirium Tremens through the use of alternative yeasts, creative cereal blends and innovative brewing techniques. The result is a product rich in flavour and character, allowing you to enjoy the pleasure of a special beer, without the alcohol.
