SMASHBURGER SANDWICHES

The smash burger is a type of hamburger in which the minced meat patty is not shaped before cooking, but is literally smashed firmly onto a hot griddle. This innovative cooking method offers a completely different experience from the classic hamburger; in fact, by pressing the meat onto the griddle, the surface in contact with the heat increases. This creates a delicious caramelised crust on the outside, crisp and flavoursome.
