HB Oktoberfestbier (brewed by Hofbräu München) is a special bottom-fermented beer in the Festbier/Märzen style, created especially to celebrate the famous festival in Munich. White foam, medium-bodied and with good persistence. Rich notes of bread, cereals, malt, fruit and caramel, with herbal, hoppy hints, lemon zest and a touch of spice. Full-bodied and slightly sweet flavour, with a malty opening that gives way to a fresh, slightly bitter finish.
