A bouquet of citrus fruits with the absolute protagonist being the Pink Grapefruit harvested in the Piana di Sibari, a land with unique organoleptic properties in Italy. Completing this Citrus Blend are the Fantastic Bergamot, the Smooth Diamond Cedro from the cedars' coast, and our Lemon Blend.
Perfect for a Gin Tonic in good company, and we often pair it with our Soda Grapefruit.
Our Soda Grapefruit combines its slightly bitter and fresh citrus flavor with the effervescence of soda. It is appreciated for its refreshing ability and the splendid balance between the sweetness and bitterness of this grapefruit from the Piana di Sibari, unique in the world.

Classic Tonic: London Dry
The Classic London Dry Gin combines low-altitude juniper, thyme, rosemary, and lemon leaves to create an incredibly dry and simple Gin. We believe that with just a few ingredients we have created something unique, thanks to a surprising balance and unprecedented freshness.
It is the perfect Gin for the great classics. In Gin Tonic, we often pair it with our Indian Tonic.
Our Indian is a tonic water that stands out for its bitter flavor, given by the presence of quinine. We have added to this authentic recipe an infusion of thyme, rosemary, and lemon leaves, all botanicals sourced from our farm, Vecchio Magazzino Doganale.
The moments of consumption are versatile precisely because of its versatility. It can be enjoyed neat with ice and a twist of lemon to refresh. We always pair it with our Ginnastic Classic, where it enhances the botanical vegetal part, providing the right freshness.

Challenge Tonic: Lemon
Challenge comes to life from the best lemons sourced from our farms: Martorano, Bisignano, and Rocca Imperiale. We use both the Femminiello and Lunario varieties, strictly processed fresh. They have an intense and unique aroma due to the essential oils contained in the peel.
We never thought we could create a simply extraordinary gin. We often pair it with our Soda Lemon; Fizz and Collins will surprise you.
Our Lemon soda, made with "IGP Lemons from Rocca Imperiale", is the right combination of freshness and the light acidity of this unique fruit. We chose to make a lighter and less sweet Soda Lemon compared to traditional lemonade. Its fizz makes it even more refreshing, a true dive into summer.
We drink it straight, served with ice and a slice of lemon, ideal with our Ginnastic Challenge.

Elephant London Dry is a premium craft gin with an alcohol content of 45% - it captures the essence of Africa.
The unique blend of 14 herbs and spices includes rare African ingredients and fresh apples that give a distinctive flavor profile to the gin. For example, there are the citrus notes of Baobab, the extraordinary Buchu plant, which on the palate resembles black currant, and African wormwood, with its distinct floral aroma. However, it is the apples that characterize the aromatic profile of the gin, which are used in large quantities.
Accompanied by Mediterranean Tonic Water
By blending the essential oils of the botanical herbs along the Mediterranean coasts with the highest quality quinine from the "fever trees" of the Democratic Republic of Congo, we have created a delicate and floral tonic water.
