Produced by Azienda Agrobiologico San Giovanni, located in the Marche, near Offida.
Made 100% from Passerina grapes, a native grape variety from the Piceno area.
Colour: Bright straw yellow, sometimes with slight greenish reflections.
Nose: Delicate and complex harmony with floral notes (white flowers), fruity notes (green apple, pineapple, yellow-fleshed fruit) and hints of aromatic herbs, iodine and minerals.
Taste: On the palate it is fresh, dry and clean, with a pleasant savouriness and good acidity that makes it very easy to drink. The finish is persistent and consistent with the aromatic notes.

Produced in Rocca Sinibalda (Rieti), in Eastern Sabina, at around 560 metres above sea level. It is considered a mountain wine of “heroic viticulture”.
Grapes: A blend of Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes.
Colour: Straw yellow with slightly golden reflections.
Nose: Distinguished by mineral notes and intense tropical aromas.
On the palate: Described as a savoury, enveloping wine with good length.
Alcohol content: 13%
