Made 100% from Passerina grapes, a native grape variety from the Piceno area.
Color: Bright straw yellow, sometimes with slight greenish reflections.
Aroma: Delicate and complex harmony with floral notes (white flowers), fruity notes (green apple, pineapple, yellow-fleshed fruit), and hints of aromatic herbs, iodine, and minerals.
Taste: On the palate it is fresh, dry, and clean, with a pleasant savoriness and good acidity that make it very easy to drink. The finish is persistent and consistent with the aromatic notes.
