- Tanqueray London Dry Gin.
One of the world’s most famous and highly regarded gins for its classic, clean, and extremely balanced profile.

Dry, clean taste: Unlike many modern gins, no citrus is used in the distillation. This makes it particularly dry. Juniper dominates the palate, while coriander releases a fresh aroma reminiscent of lemon.

Nose: Fresh balsamic notes of medicinal herbs, delicate spices, and earthy undertones emerge on the nose.

Alcohol Content: 43.1% Vol.

The first and most famous authentic Mediterranean gin. A premium Spanish spirit, handcrafted in Vilanova i la Geltrú through batch distillation.

Nose: Herbal and spicy, with pronounced notes of juniper, thyme, and a light vegetal hint linked to olive.

Palate: Flavorful and aromatic, characterized by an excellent balance between the freshness of citrus, the balsamic notes of rosemary and basil, and a lingering smooth finish.

Alcohol Content: 42.7% Vol.

Currently, as VODAK, we use “Moskovskaya Osobaya Vodka,” a famous spirit of Russian origin, but today produced mainly in Latvia, strictly following the recipe.

Color: Crystal clear, perfectly transparent and bright.

Taste: On the palate it is dry, warm, and rounded. It has a soft, velvety body that masks the sharp impact of the alcohol, finishing with a quick, clean, and slightly herbal aftertaste.

Aroma: On the nose it is clean and ethereal, with delicate notes of grain, fresh bread, subtle minerality, and light hints of spice or aromatic herbs.
