- Tanqueray London Dry Gin.
It is one of the world’s most famous and highly regarded gins for its classic, clean and extremely balanced profile.

Dry, clean taste: unlike many modern gins, no citrus fruits are used in distillation. This makes it particularly dry. Juniper dominates the palate, while coriander releases a fresh aroma reminiscent of lemon.

Nose: fresh balsamic hints of medicinal herbs, delicate spices and earthy notes emerge on the nose.

Alcohol content: 43.1% vol.


- GIN MARE "Colección de Autor". (SUPPLEMENT OF €1.00)
The first and most famous authentic Mediterranean gin. It is a premium Spanish spirit, handcrafted in Vilanova i la Geltrú through batch distillation.

Nose: herbaceous and spicy, with distinctive notes of juniper, thyme and a light vegetal hint linked to olive.

Palate: tasty and aromatic, characterised by an excellent balance between the freshness of citrus fruits, the balsamic notes of rosemary and basil, and a lingering smooth finish.

Alcohol content: 42.7% vol.

Currently, as VODAK, we use “Moskovskaya Osobaya Vodka”, a famous spirit of Russian origin, but today produced mainly in Latvia, strictly following the recipe.

Colour: Crystal clear, perfectly transparent and bright.

Taste: On the palate it is dry, warm and rounded. It has a soft, velvety body that masks the sharp impact of the alcohol, finishing with a quick, clean and slightly herbal aftertaste.

Nose: On the nose it is clean and ethereal, with delicate notes of grain, fresh bread, a subtle minerality and light hints of spice or aromatic herbs.
