There are many variations of the Spritz. From the verb Spritzen, to spray, when in the 18th century Austro-Hungarian soldiers diluted white wine with sparkling water, up to the present day. We follow the official IBA recipe!

Hugo Spritz

Hugo Spritz was created in 2000 in the province of Bolzano, from the idea of bartender Roland Gruber, seeking a sweet and gentle alternative to the classic spritz. Elderflower liqueur instead of Aperol, a few mint leaves, and freshness is served!
Build. 4 cl Elderflower liqueur, 6 cl Prosecco, Soda.
