Il Vino
Cuvée Royale nasce dalla selezione delle uve Chardonnay, Pinot Nero e Pinot Bianco di Tenuta Montenisa, per una cuvée dall’armonia inedita e preziosa, dalla grande espressività ed eleganza. La permanenza sui lieviti esalta il suo intenso profumo con note di pesca bianca, crosta di pane e lieviti. Ha un colore giallo paglierino scarico e una spuma cremosa con perlage fine e persistente. Al palato è equilibrato ed esalta la vivacità tipica del Brut.
Dati Storici
La Tenuta Montenisa è situata nel cuore della Franciacorta, intorno al Borgo di Calino, vicino al lago d’Iseo. I vigneti circostanti la villa di proprietà della famiglia Maggi sono il cuore della produzione di Marchese Antinori Franciacorta dal 1999.
Vinificazione
Il mosto ‘fiore’ è stato sottoposto alla prima fermentazione alcolica in serbatoi di acciaio inox. La seconda fermentazione in bottiglia a contatto con i lieviti si è svolta nei successivi 36 mesi.
Note Degustative
Colore giallo scarico, spuma cremosa con perlage fine e persistente. A livello aromatico si colgono note di pesca a polpa bianca, crosta di pane e lieviti. Notevole equilibrio e vivacità tipica del Brut.

Donna Cora wine expresses all the richness and varied facets of Chardonnay grapes vinified in purity. Flowers and white pulp fruit are the characteristic notes of its engaging perfume which gives sensations of breadth and great balance to the nose. It has a straw yellow color, with light golden reflections, and is characterized by a creamy foam and a delicate and persistent perlage, characteristics of Franciacorta Satèn. On the palate it is fine and harmonious, characterized by marked elegance.

The Wine Born on the Montenisa Estate, Conte Aymo is produced with Pinot Noir grapes. The typical nature of the vine gives the wine structure and personality. The long aging on the yeasts, combined with the delicate notes of red berry fruit, make it a complex and elegant wine.

Uve: ROSA è il frutto di un blend originale di due vitigni a bacca nera, tra i più rappresentativi della viticoltura siciliana, il Nerello Mascalese ed il Nocera.
Il Nerello Mascalese coltivato su terreni vulcanici riesce ad esprimere mineralità ed una raffinata componente floreale, e si presta molto bene per la produzione di vini rosati.
Il Nocera è un’antica varietà, quasi dimenticata, dal prestigioso passato. Dopo anni di sperimentazione Donnafugata l’ha impiantato nei propri vigneti di collina; qui il Nocera aggiunge un’ideale maturazione zuccherina con un elevato livello di acidità, e dà vita ad un vino dall’accattivante bouquet fruttato.
Note di degustazione: dal color rosa tenue brillante, presenta un ampio bouquet floreale di gelsomino e petali di rosa, con delicate note fruttate di pesca a polpa bianca e bergamotto. Di piacevolissima fragranza e mineralità, si distingue per la finezza e la persistenza.

Diego Bosoni's 'L’Incantatrice' Sparkling White is a captivating refermented wine produced artisanally by a historic Ligurian winery. This refermented wine on the lees is crafted to convey the full maritime and territorial character of its land. On the nose, it intertwines elegant notes of yellow fruit, Mediterranean scrub, and hints of sea salt. The sip, broad and enveloping, shines with a vertical freshness, sharp and full of verve.

Manifesto of the Trentodoc tradition, this sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes represents the historic label of the Ferrari house, a perfect synthesis of the balance between the grape and the wonderful territory that hosts it. An Italian sparkling wine capable of competing with many cousins from across the Alps, this Brut was first produced in 1902 and, since then, its 'recipe' has remained almost unchanged! Classic in style and taste performance, the Ferrari is fresh and unmistakable, a precise standard-bearer of the Trentodoc denomination. Lively straw yellow brightened by a fine and persistent perlage, it reveals a fresh and intense bouquet, with a broad fruity note of ripe golden apple, white flowers, and a delicate yeast fragrance, given by over two years of bottle aging. The Dosaggio Zero Alma Grande Cuvée "Non Dosato" by Bellavista is a Franciacorta born from the desire to create a Metodo Classico with a fresh and elegant style. It is crafted with a selection of about 80 base wines to which 9 vintages of reserve wines are added, to make the cuvée more harmonious and balanced. At the end of the vinification and blending process, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle with a minimum of 30 months on the lees. In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, delicate scents of white flowers, notes of bread crust, citrus, and fruity aromas. The sip is long and savory, persistent and fresh.
