After spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel, there is a period of maceration on the skins. The subsequent malolactic fermentation is carried out in cement tanks. The Seggio river is the largest watercourse in the munipality of Castagneto Carducci. Its source is up in the
metalliferous hills of Sassetta, an area that was already well known in the Etruscan period, which is extremely rich
in underground deposits of ferrous minerals. It cuts across the entire area of Bolgheri and its alluvial debris
enriches the charateristic clay soils with precious large pebbles, thus ensuring excellent drainage of the soil. This
Bolgheri Rosso is produced with typical grape varietes, carefully harvested and vinified to ensure density and

The grapes of the individual plots cultivated with Sangiovese and Teroldego are harvested manually, vinified and aged separately. Fermentation
takes place with indigenous yeasts and at a controlled temperature. A fresh wine, ready to drink, ruby red in color characterized by spicy

Deir, which means Monastery, comes from the marriage of Syrah and Merlot, with a prevalence of Syrah: the two
grapes varietals are vinified separataly in open vats of stainless steel with a long maceration. The wines are

wine has an anthralling olfactory impact: small black fruits, black cherries, aromatic herbs and dark minerals are
just some of the countless sensations. On the palate, everything commingles and meets anew. The dynamic
flavors find harmony beetween the powerful tannins and the finesse of the fresh nuances. The imposin structure

Cenobio, named after a historical term for a monastic community, welcomes all our red grapes into a
community of its own: Pollera, Barsaglina and Merlot. It begins on the nose with floral notes, surrounded by
morello cherry, black pepper, aromatic herbs and a stony trace that gives value to the bouquet. In the mouth, it
is broad, has a clear progression with a body innervated by fresh sensations, the tannic structure is articulated
and agile, giving support and vitality to the gustatory tension up to the pleasantly long and spicy finish. Grapes:

Pollera is a native red grape variety that has its roots in the historic Lunigiana region, where it has been cultivated
for centuries. The grapes, with thin-skinned berries, are vinified in steel. The wine obtained is aged in medium
and large wooden casks for at least 12 months. In the glass, it shows a soft and delicate color. On the nose, it
expresses an aromatic range defined by elegance, with hints of cherries, small red berries, black peppe and
balsamic-mineral nuances. On the palate, it reasserts its fresh and dynamic taste, which has finesse as its main
feature, driven by an average content of silky and deep tannins that amplify persistence and verticality. Grapes:

This is one of the most significant Valpolicella Superiore in the area and is obtained from the grapes of the
Sant’Urbano vineyard. The grapes are left to dry for around 20-25 days, concentrating the flavors and enriching
the aromas and softness, which find the perfect balance after approximately two years of ageing. It is a wine,
which stands out for its remarkable elegance and complexity

This wine is the result of careful selection of the best Sangiovese, Merlot and Canaiolo grapes, grown in the municipalities of Ortonovo and Castelnuovo Magra. Matured for 18 months in French oak barrels and aged for 24 months in bottle, Terre d’Oriente binds the complexity of the exaltation of taste fragrance of our hills, recalling with gratitude 'Oriè'' that, before us, devoted so passionately his life to the land. Palazzo della Torre is a wine that is a symbol of the entire Allegrini range, where all of Franco's great experience has met his creative flair. The red cherry, Mediterranean herbs and black pepper follow one another with notes of smoke, vanilla and chocolate. A full but very drinkable sip completes the strong expressive identity of this wine.
