La Stua family-run since 1999

A small, welcoming venue offering simple dishes of Trentino cuisine in a peaceful setting and a warm, family-friendly, informal atmosphere, using fresh local produce from small local businesses. The fresh pasta is homemade, as are the desserts, and some cured meats; when possible, the vegetables come from our own garden.
Only here, in Levico, will you find the typical Trentino potato cakes, in a filled version, made with quality products from our area.
We are attentive to intolerances/allergies and have joined the AIC for safe gluten-free dining away from home.

Stuffed potato grostel.

A versatile and tasty dish born here. Suitable as a main course, a second course, or to share between two as a starter.
The traditional potato cake we offer with different fillings and bake in the oven, served with a cup of fresh white cabbage dressed with extra virgin olive oil, organic apple vinegar, salt and cumin.

We use fresh ingredients for the sauces too, which is why they may occasionally run out.

Dishes naturally gluten-free, prepared and served with care to avoid contamination, in accordance with A.I.C. protocol.
Please inform the staff when ordering; your dishes will be recognisable as they are coloured.
