Grape varieties: carricante, catarratto TASTING NOTES Straw yellow, with golden reflections. On the nose it expresses itself with hints of grapefruit and notes of white flowers. On the palate it is fresh, pleasantly mineral and balanced. PAIRINGS Excellent in combination with fish, especially if smoked, it goes particularly well with shellfish.

Sul giallo paglierino carico, il Nassa presenta un bouquet floreale con richiami di salvia e the verde, in bocca è morbido e delicato.
Nel 2022 ha vinto la Medaglia d’Argento all’Italian Wine Competition. Il nome del vino ha origine dalla “trama della nassa”, uno strumento usato nelle zone di Marzamemi per la pesca tradizionale.

Intensely fruity, delicately floral, it contains notes of apricot, white peach and yellow plums, harmonized and intertwined with mentholated hints of eucalyptus, basil, tomato leaves and green pepper. Balanced in the mouth with the right fullness, freshness and acidity. PAIRINGS Excellent in combination with fish and fresh proposals

Grape variety: SPARKLING Cabernet TASTING NOTES It has a pale straw yellow colour, on the nose it has a subtle scent, with delicate Mediterranean nuances, in the mouth it is dense and intense.

Un vino dalle sfumature giallo paglierino, con delicati riflessi verdognoli. Al naso, vivace e floreale, con sentori di pesca e agrumi. I vitigni autoctoni regalano una sensazione di forza e tradizione, al contempo i vitigni alloctoni donano morbidezza ed eleganza al palato. Un vino frizzante che coniuga eleganza, potenza e seduzione.
