A triumph of Sicilian flavors. Pinsa (250 grams) of durum wheat flour topped with Sicilian pistachio pesto, buffalo mozzarella, artisanal black Nebrodi pork mortadella Caputo. Recommended beverage: Semedorato Sicilian beer or MontataGrande rosé wine. If you don't drink alcohol, Tomarchio Mandarin zero sugar.
