Vibrant in colour. It is a pleasant, appealing wine, with pronounced floral notes and fruity hints. On the palate it is gently imposing. Slightly saline on the finish.

PAIRING: Pecorino Terra del Barone is recommended to accompany all seafood cuisine, particularly raw seafood and shellfish. It also pairs well with delicate dishes.
The production of these wines originates in the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea. Right in the middle are the hills protected by the mountains and cooled by the sea. Those hills have always been a temple to the vine. The limestone soil, air currents and significant temperature variations make these hills particularly suited to viticulture. Here the berry develops healthily, rich in aromas, with distinctive and typical characteristics.
