Cucumber and Schweppes toned

Cinnamon, orange zest and Goldberg japanese yuzu tonic

Transparent and crystalline, it has a powerful nose of juniper and mentholated notes, together with exotic splashes of lime and mango, in a spicy background reminiscent of nutmeg and coriander. The taste is sweet, enveloping, almost unctuous, it has memories of almond milk, together with sweet fruity sensations, towards a long and persistent citrus finish.

Clear, on the nose it offers a bouquet of citrus fruits, tea, fig, bay leaf, and juniper. On the palate, it is vibrant and balanced, with juniper taking center stage, accompanied by the sweetness of fig.

Lemon zest, juniper berries and toned Schweppes

On the nose, it is not too intense, light and obviously very citrusy, with predominating notes of lemon and grapefruit. On the palate, this gin offers a distinct hint of fresh citrus: first lemon and grapefruit, then lime and orange. The juniper then rounds it all off with a slightly spicy finish.

Schweppes tonica

This gin is distinguished by a strong minerality imparted by the use of water from the Acqueverdi spring and the unique notes given by botanicals typical of the Alps and the Aosta Valley. On the nose, it is very aromatic with hints of juniper and alpine herbs, while on the palate it is dry and full, with a good balance between the resinous and floral notes of the herbs.
