Questa pils prodotta secondo la tecnica più tradizionale di a bassa fermentazione si impone subito al palato grazie al suo tipico amaro che lo percorre, per far presa subito dopo, in 2 tempi, lasciando un’alternativa dal tono di malto che precede un finale più aspro ma decisamente piacevole.

The careful choice of the finest types of wheat and barley malt gives it its intense amber color. The typical brewing process, with fermentation in the bottle with self-produced yeast, gives it its extraordinary character. By tasting it you can enjoy the combination of the scent of fine yeast, pleasant fruity notes and a delicate spicy aroma of malt, fruit, cloves and a hint of nutmeg. Only after tasting it does the slightly fruity and spicy aroma typical of Maisel's Weisse develop.
