i nostri piatti sono preparati con ingredienti freschissimi di prima qualità, in parte provenienti dalle nostre coltivazioni biologiche e dai nostri allevamenti.
Il Pesce utilizzato proviene esclusivamente dal Lago di Como.
Tutte le nostre pietanze sono cucinate in modo leggero e naturale, utilizzando tecniche di cottura innovative che riducono al minimo l’uso di grassi.
Secondo la nostra filosofia, cucinare rispettando totalmente la natura delle materie prime che utilizziamo vi permette di beneficiare a pieno delle sostanze in esse contenute.
L’acqua che vi serviamo proviene dalle sorgenti delle nostre montagne, ulteriormente purificata secondo il decreto legge n. 181 del Ministero della Salute Pubblica.
L’acqua frizzante viene addizionata di CO2.
Rispettiamo l’ambiente, evitando imballaggi, trasporti, smaltimenti e consumi energetici.

The fish used comes exclusively from Lake Como.
All our dishes are cooked in a light and natural way, using innovative cooking techniques that minimize the use of fat.
According to our philosophy, cooking, while fully respecting the nature of the raw materials we use, allows you to take full advantage of the substances contained in them.
The water that we serve comes from the sources of our mountains, further purified according to the Decree-Law n. 181 of the Ministry of Public Health.
The sparkling water is obtained adding CO2 only.
We respect the environment, avoiding packaging, transportation, disposal and energy consumption.

unsere Gerichte werden mit frischen Zutaten von höchster Qualität vorbereitet. Einige Zutaten kommen aus unserer Bio-Kultur und von unseren Bauernhöfen.
Der verwendete Fisch stammt ausschließlich aus den Comer See.
Alle unsere Gerichte werden in einer hellen und natürlichen Art gekocht, mit innovativen Kochtechniken, die die Verwendung von Fett minimieren.
Nach unserer Philosophie, wenn wir unter strikter Beachtung der Beschaffenheit der Rohstoffe kochen, können Sie den vollen Nutzen aus den in ihnen enthaltenen Substanzen bekommen.
Das Wasser, das wir dienen, kommt aus den Quellen unserer Berge, weiter nach dem Gesetz 181 des Ministeriums für Gesundheit gereinigt.
Das spritzige Wasser wird mit CO2 vorbereitet.
Wir schonen die Umwelt: wir ersparen die Verpackungen, Transporte, Entsorgungen und Energieverbrauch.
