Salento Puccia Bread
The Salento Puccia is a small masterpiece with very ancient origins. Its name probably derives from “pucciatiddu”, the bread that ancient Roman legionaries carried with them during their long expeditions starting from Salento. Their special feature is that they have no crumb, with a fragrant, crisp and flavoursome dough, carefully prepared according to tradition.
