Fiorentina Neyuki, Japanese philosophy, Italian meat

The Neyuki Selection consists of ribeyes or selected products with a marbling score higher than 6 on The Japanese Marble Score scale, chosen by our production director Mirko Faglioni.

Characteristic: round shape, sublime tenderness on the palate, and sweet, velvety flavor thanks to the present marbling.
The breed is all Frisona/National Crosses coming only from farms in Lombardy and Veneto with at least 5 years of age.

Having an age over 5 years, the ribeye acquires a well-defined flavor; we could even call it the Italian vecha cow.
Finally, after its years of honorable service as a milk producer, the Frisona is moved to the finishing phase to reach the marbling grade that we carnivores love so much.
