Over the years, Casale del Giglio has increasingly become a point of reference for Lazio and national winemaking, experimenting with the cultivation of new grape varieties: from Viognier to Tempranillo, from Petit Manseng to Petit Verdot, on land that, when the project was born, was still virgin from a viticultural perspective, and achieving excellence with some of its finest productions.

In the heart of Tuscany, where winemaking traditions have been passed down for centuries, the Chianti Conti Serristori DOCG is born. This red wine, made from Sangiovese grapes and other native varieties, is an authentic expression of the region. The red vinification, with controlled maceration and frequent pumping over, gives the Chianti Conti Serristori a unique character and genuine flavour.

Casale del Giglio's Shiraz consistently meets expectations year after year for quality and pleasantness. It was in 1967 when this grape variety, previously unknown and foreign to this land, was introduced in the Agro Pontino; a choice that proved to be considered and successful, able to express all the potential of this particular wine-growing region. A Shiraz with character and structure, offering dark and at times oriental taste-olfactory sensations.

The Suor Marchesa estate is located in Riesi, in the heart of Sicily, where the Nero d'Avola, the prince of Sicilian grape varieties, has been cultivated for centuries. It has found its chosen cradle here thanks to the mix of climate, soil, and altitude. Passo delle Mule, the Nero d'Avola by Duca Di Salaparuta, is an excellent interpretation of this grape variety, a red wine that manages to combine the softness of fruit with remarkable freshness on the palate.

Since 1823, the Lageder winery has been synonymous with quality and eco-sustainability, and now, in its fifth generation, it still stands out for its strong attachment to tradition, while also embracing the desire for innovation, in a modern and ancient combination that continues to affirm it as one of the leading companies in South Tyrol. Thus, historical grape varieties such as Yellow Muscat, Gewurztraminer, and Muller Thurgau merge with international varieties like Chardonnay, Cabernet, and Pinot Noir, in an exclusive mix that is now known worldwide. This is thanks to the tireless experimentation of a man, Alois Lageder, who still today firmly and decisively leads the immense estate towards continuous and ever-growing success.

Multiple factors can contribute to the success of a company like Casale del Giglio: a winery equipped with cutting-edge technology, a highly respected oenologist like Paolo Tiefenthaler, wines marked by strong regional characteristics while still honouring tradition, and not least, the genius and perseverance of a vintner like Antonio Santarelli. The result is a highly commendable product range, with fragrant and fresh whites and reds, like this Cabernet Sauvignon, full of charm and elegance. To top it off, we cannot overlook the exceptional availability of its wines.

The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Santico Santi is a full-bodied red wine produced with Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone grapes from selected vineyards on the hills between Grezzana and Illasi. It derives from a long tradition and careful winemaking with cold maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature to fully enhance the characteristics of the terroir.
