The Gewürztraminer Elena Walch is a DOC white wine from Alto Adige that expresses the full aromatic intensity of the grape variety. The grapes, grown on calcareous and sandy soils, impart a unique minerality and complexity to the wine. The winemaking process is carried out with care, with cold maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel, to preserve the varietal aromas.

The Cantina Produttori San Michele Appiano is located in Alto Adige, specifically on the Wine Road that runs from Cortaccia through Termeno and Caldaro, all the way to Appiano. Here, the vineyards take root in sand and morainic gravel, providing the grapes with the ideal habitat to develop all the aromas and flavours that they will later release into the wine. The Sauvignon Fallwind, a fresh, lively and flavourful wine, is made from grapes sourced from the vineyard of the same name, located at the foot of the Mendola Massif, where the ventilated climate aids their maturation.
