The Gewürztraminer Elena Walch is a white Alto Adige DOC wine that expresses the full aromatic intensity of the grape variety. The grapes, grown on calcareous and sandy soils, impart a unique minerality and complexity to the wine. The winemaking process is conducted with care, with cold maceration and fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel, to preserve the varietal aromas.

The San Michele Appiano Winery is located in Alto Adige, more precisely on the Wine Road that leads from Cortaccia to Termeno and Caldaro, up to Appiano. Here the vineyards take root in sand and moraine gravel, providing the grapes with the ideal habitat to develop all the aromas and flavors that will be released in the wine. The Sauvignon Fallwind, a fresh, lively, and flavorful wine, is produced with grapes from the vineyard of the same name, located at the foot of the Mendola massif, whose breezy climate favors its maturation.
