Over the years, Casale del Giglio has increasingly become a point of reference in Lazio and national winemaking, experimenting with the cultivation of new grape varieties: from Viognier to Tempranillo, from Petit Manseng to Petit Verdot, on land that, when the project was born, was still untouched in terms of viticulture, achieving excellence with some of its finest productions.

In the heart of Tuscany, where winemaking tradition has been passed down for centuries, Chianti Conti Serristori DOCG is born. This red wine, made from Sangiovese grapes and other native varieties, is an authentic expression of the region. The red winemaking process, with controlled maceration and frequent pump-overs, gives Chianti Conti Serristori a unique character and genuine flavor.

The Shiraz from Casale del Giglio consistently meets expectations year after year in terms of quality and pleasantness. It was 1967 when this grape variety, previously unknown and foreign to this land, was introduced in the Pontine countryside; a decision that proved to be well-considered and successful, capable of expressing the full potential of this particular wine-growing area. A Shiraz with character and structure, featuring dark and at times oriental taste-olfactory sensations.

Suor Marchesa Estate is located in Riesi, in the heart of Sicily, where Nero d'Avola, the prince of Sicilian grape varieties, has been cultivated for centuries. This area is the cradle of choice for Nero d'Avola thanks to its mix of climate, soil, and altitude. Passo delle Mule, the Nero d'Avola crafted by Duca Di Salaparuta, is an excellent interpretation of this grape variety, a red wine that manages to marry the softness of the fruit with remarkable freshness on the palate.

Since 1823, the Lageder winery has been synonymous with quality and eco-sustainability, and today, in its fifth generation, it still stands out for its strong attachment to tradition, though also oriented towards innovation. This modern and ancient combination continues to confirm it as one of the leading companies in Alto Adige. Thus, historical grape varieties like Moscato Giallo, Gewurztraminer, and Muller Thurgau are blended with international varieties like Chardonnay, Cabernet, and Pinot Nero, in an exclusive mix that is now known worldwide, fueled by the tireless desire to experiment of a man, Alois Lageder, who still today leads the immense estate with firmness and determination towards constant and ever-growing success.

Multiple factors can contribute to the success of a company like Casale del Giglio: a winery equipped with state-of-the-art technology, a highly respected winemaker like Paolo Tiefenthaler, wines characterized by a strong sense of place while maintaining tradition, and, last but not least, the genius and perseverance of a vintner like Antonio Santarelli. The result is a highly respectable range of products, with fragrant and fresh whites, and reds, like this Cabernet Sauvignon, full of charm and elegance. To top it off, we cannot overlook the extreme availability of its wines.

The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Santico Santi is a full-bodied red wine made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone grapes sourced from selected vineyards on the hills between Grezzana and Illasi. It stems from a long tradition and careful winemaking, with cold maceration and controlled temperature fermentation, to fully enhance the characteristics of the terroir.
